(1) The order of Alankars shall be as follows:
(a) Rastra Yeshovardak.
(b) Param Paurakh Bhaskar
(c) Nepal Pratap Subhusan.
(d) Nepal Sewa Prawin.
(e) Ati Paurakh Bhaskar.
(f) Nepal Pratap Aabhusan.
(g) Samaj Sewa Ratna.
(h) Maha Paurakh Bhaskar.
(i) Nepal Pratap Bhusan.
(2) In setting the order of honor of titles and honours and Alankars, the order of honor of titles and honours shall be higher than that of Alankars.
